5 Ways to Get through A Writers Block..

Though some people say that writer’s block doesn’t actually exist, the fact remains that most writers will have trouble writing at some point in their careers..Part of dealing with writer’s block, whatever has sparked it, is accepting that it is inevitable to have periods of downtime, periods when it’s just not happening. It does help to think of writing as a regular job as opposed to an art.

There are several ways to deal with a writers block and i have just listed a few.If you have more suggestions , please do not hesitate to include them to the list below.

1. Have a schedule, and stick to it.

Schedule a time that you want to write and how much you want to write and no not deviate from your schedule! Even if its just 500 words every morning.

2.Don't be too hard on yourself.

Most people end up with a writers block not because they cant write but because they stress about their writing being perfect. Don't criticize your work remember that there is a time to be critical and that is when you are editing

3.Don't Panic

If fear is the reason for your writers block then panicking will only make matters worse .The less you think about what you`re doing the better.Try different approaches and see what works for you.

4.Take Time Off

Take time off if you have been writing for a long period of time.Give yourself time to gain new experiences and come up with new ideas without sitting at your desk being pressurized.

5.Remind yourself of why your work is 'Fun'

Take a moment and try to answer for yourself, “What’s makes this project so super cool and interesting?” Remember how you felt when you first started to brainstorm ideas for your project. Chances are, you’ll have a few instant answers related to your project.
